We focus on the vision of our client.

We work in diversified settings as a family with actions that reflect our faith.

Jason + Lea Crockarell started Flavor Catering in 2006, + the company has grown + expanded in many directions. Partnerships in the music industry + corporate world have equally occupied the attention of couples looking to make their special day one to remember. What began in a borrowed kitchen + shared spaces with a staff of one has blossomed into a staple for celebrations in the greater Nashville area.

Jason began his career in Nashville as an entertainment caterer for movies + other productions + was later involved in many renowned restaurants in the area. Eventually, he decided to take his skillset + experience in a different direction allowing him to be home more with his wife + daughters. Thus, Flavor Catering was born.

Flavor’s service team + culinary professionals bring a level of comfortability + knowledge to any event. They hire people with an array of experience, but kindness is key - they hire nice people, + then teach them how to cater. The positive + supporting environment is the reason you are guaranteed to see familiar faces on their team from year to year.

They serve in a variety of avenues. Whether it be an intimate dinner for six, an extravagant wedding for 700, or a corporate event for 4,000, Flavor is ready to take their client’s event to a new level of originality + excitement.

Over the years, Flavor has created meals with flair for clients including Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Nashville Convention + Visitors Corporation, Restoration Hardware, Ferrari, Tiffany + Co, Ryman Auditorium, Live Nation, CMA, WME, both Vanderbilt University + Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Bass Berry + Sims, Leadership Music, HCA, + Ingram Content Group just to mention a few.

“Our desire is to customize a menu that exceeds your expectations and represents the style of service you are looking for. We try our best to serve without limitations, providing the most colorful, flavorful, and exceptional cuisine possible at each event. If a client wants to eat it, we’ll find a way to serve it in the most tantalizing and cost-efficient way possible.”
